$NINJA is the main token of the CoinNinja app

Total $NINJA coin will be minted equals to 1,000,000,000

Airdrop swap will be equal to 1 $NINJA for 1,000 in-game tokens. Detailed tokenomics are as below.

#### Token Allocation and Vesting Schedules

1. **Private Investors (7%)**

***Vesting Schedule:***&#x20;

Vesting: 5% of the allocated amount released at the TGE, tokens vest daily over 18 months.

2. **Seed Investors (9%)**

Vesting: 3% of the allocated amount released at the TGE, vest daily over 24 months.

3. **Public Sale - Launchpad (5%)**

Immediate unlock: 100% release at TGE.

4. **Treasury / Staking (8%)**

***Vesting Schedule:*** No immediate cliff.

Vesting: Tokens vest over 60 months to provide long-term financial stability and support for staking mechanisms.

5. **KOL (1%)**

Vesting: 5% of the allocated amount released at TGE,  daily vesting over 12 months.

6. **Advisors (1%)**

***Vesting Schedule:*** 6 months cliff.

Vesting: Tokens vest daily over 12 months post-cliff.

7. **Team (10%)**

***Vesting Schedule:*** 12 months cliff.

Vesting: Tokens vest daily over 36 months post-cliff to ensure long-term alignment and retention.

8. **Marketing and Community (10%)**

***Vesting Schedule:*** 20% initial unlock at TGE for immediate use.

Vesting: The remainder vests over 24 months to sustain marketing and community engagement efforts.

9. **Liquidity (9%)**

***Vesting Schedule:*** 80% initial unlock at TGE for immediate use.

Vesting: The remainder vests over 12 months to sustain a justified market supply and demand balance.

10. **Game Users (Airdrop) (40%)**

***Tier System Design and Vesting Schedules***

* Platinum League (Tier 1): Highest tier, shortest vesting.

Vesting: 10% at TGE, remainder vests monthly over 3 months.

* Gold League (Tier 2):

Vesting: 9% at TGE, remainder vests monthly over 5 months.

* Silver League (Tier 3):

Vesting: 7% at TGE, remainder vests monthly over 6 months.

* Bronze League (Tier 4): Lowest tier, longest vesting.

Vesting: 5% at TGE, remainder vests monthly over 8 months.

11. **Seasonal Distribution**

* ***Season 1:*** 20% of user tokens are unlocked and distributed according to their tier vesting schedules at TGE.
* ***Season 2 and 3:*** Each season sees an additional 10% of user tokens unlocked, again distributed based on individual vesting schedules within their tier.

⚠️ **NOTE:** Each Airdrop season starts after 12 months of the beginning of the previous Airdrop and lasts for 6 months, i.e. Season 2 airdrop starts after 12 months of the beginning of Season 1 Airdrop, Season 3 airdrop starts after 12 months of the beginning of Season 2 Airdrop, following the same vesting schedule whereas for Seasons 2 and 3, the TGE would refer to as the beginning of the Airdrop.

### **Token Burn**

To maintain economic stability of the ecosystem, we at CoinNinja have set a several mechanisms to withhold the inflationary pressure onto the token. Measures implied include token burns which are pegged to preset milestones and revenue-based.

#### **Overall Burn Strategy**

Initial Cap and Flexibility: Plan to burn up to 10% of the total token supply initially, with a potential to increase to 20% if approved by the DAO/community, following the same burning mechanics and scheduling as the initial burn.

**Gradual Annual Increase in Burn Rate**

Structured Annual Increases: The annual token burn rate will start at 0.84% in Year 1 and will increase each year — 1% in Year 2, 1.6% in Year 3, 2.56% in Year 4, and 4% in Year 5.

#### Revenue-Based Burns

Quarterly Revenue Burns: Implement a burn rate of 1% of the game’s quarterly revenue.

User Engagement Milestone Burns

***Specific MAU Milestones:*** Token burns are also tied to reaching significant monthly active user (MAU) milestones, with increasing amounts of tokens burned as higher thresholds are reached:

* 1M MAU: 100,000 tokens
* 5M MAU: 500,000 tokens
* 10M MAU: 1,000,000 tokens
* 20M MAU: 2,000,000 tokens
* 50M MAU: 5,000,000 tokens

***Special Achievement Burn:*** An additional special burn of 1,000,000 tokens for the millionth user to reach level 50, incentivizing deep engagement and progression within the game.

Total circulating supply after secondary burn: 800,000,000 tokens

Total projected circulating supply after all burns: 790,400,000 tokens
